"There’s a reason this State Farm office has so many good reviews compared to others! This one’s long overdue, haha. I had the pleasure of working with Juan Garcia about a month and a half ago, and let me tell you—Juan is the definition of a true personal agent. I recently moved from Dallas, Texas to Los Angeles. I was already a State Farm member, just needed to transfer everything over. Not gonna lie, I expected a bit of a price jump, but definitely not as much as it ended up being… that’s just LA cost of living for you, haha. Still, Juan completely understood where I was coming from and respected that I was a loyal State Farm member who wanted to stay. Juan really works with you to find a plan that fits your needs and your budget. He gets it. He’s born and raised in LA, so he knows how it is out here—where it’s good, where it’s not, how people drive, all of it. During our chats about my policy, we’d sometimes go off on tangents about life, crack jokes, and just vibe. It felt like I was building a genuine connection—a new friend, not just another agent. That’s exactly the kind of relationship you want with the person representing you and handling your insurance for the things you hope never happen. Not once did I feel like he was forcing a sale, being pushy, or trying to take advantage of me. I work in sales myself, so I know all the tactics, the games, the negotiations. But Juan? He’s upfront, genuine, and actually cares about you as a person—your experience, your situation, and what he can do to help as a true “Good Neighbor.” When I thought about possibly shopping around with other companies, I realized most of them don’t offer that same personal experience. You don’t usually get a rep who knows you, your story, and what you have going on. And in a city as wild as LA—where anything can happen—do you really want a random 1-800 number fighting for you, or a personal agent who genuinely cares and will go to bat for you every time? That’s Juan. That’s why I’ll continue doing business with him and why he’ll get all my insurance business for as long as I’m in LA (or anywhere in California)."
