I had the pleasure of working with Juan Garcia about a month and a half ago, and let me tell you—Juan is the definition of a true personal agent. I recently moved from Dallas, Texas to Los Angeles. Not once did I feel like he was forcing a sale, being pushy, or trying to take advantage of me. I work in sales myself, so I know all the tactics, the games, the negotiations. But Juan? He’s upfront, genuine, and actually cares about you as a person—your experience, your situation, and what he can do to help as a true “Good Neighbor.” When I thought about possibly shopping around with other companies, I realized most of them don’t offer that same personal experience. You don’t usually get a rep who knows you, your story, and what you have going on. And in a city as wild as LA—where anything can happen—do you really want a random 1-800 number fighting for you, or a personal agent who genuinely cares and will go to bat for you every time?
